The Media Laboratory comprises both a degree-granting academic program and a research program. The faculty, senior research staff, and visiting scientists working in the Laboratory number more than 40, and more than 70 other staff members support the Laboratory’s research, facilities, and administration. Graduate enrollment totals approximately 125, split almost evenly between master’s and doctoral students.
